LA Weekly names Colleen Green “Best Solo Artist 2015”
Raised in Massachusetts, Colleen Green relocated to LA by way of Oakland’s DIY garage scene and now heads her own eponymous pop-punk project. She released her first album Milo Goes to Compton in 2011, followed by Sock It To Me in 2013 via Sub Pop’s imprint Hardly Art. Her 2015 release I Want to Grow Up, is her second on Hardly Art and the first to be backed by a band. Listen here.
